DGNB Evidence

To obtain DGNB certification, a great deal of evidence must be provided.  You can leave this to specialised experts saving time and money.

Also when you already have a DGNB auditor or project manager, we are happy to support you in addressing specific DGNB data needs, particularly in relation to the following criteria:

Life Cycle Costs – LCC (No. 16)

We provide you with an estimate of lifecycle costs including construction costs, end energy consumption, maintenance and operating costs.  In this we are of course use the guidelines of the Federal Ministry for Transport, Construction and Town Planning.

Integrated Planning (No. 44/45)

Through organised workshops with designers or building users, we establish the interdisciplinary collaboration.  

In this we address particularly relevant FM points and implement these in the project.  We take care of the necessary documentation to support the evidence required for DGNB certification.

Likewise, we provide a review of the design.  This addresses sustainability criteria.  The results are discussed in the workshops mentioned above and thereby positively influence the planning.
 
In addition we provide the following plans:

• Supply and waste disposal
• Energy and water
• Measuring and metering
• Demolition and recycling
• Cleaning and maintenance

Organisation Facility Management (No. 47)

With these criteria, we deliver all that is required for the optimal use and management of the building.

We provide:

• Commercial management concepts
• Specifications for maintenance, inspections, operation with VDMA definitions
• Organisation of service documents covering operation and maintenance   
• Specification of the necessary documents covering the structure and installations
• User handbook for use of the building

Safe and secure commissioning (No. 51)

Criterion 51 of DGNB is an orderly commissioning of the building.  In this, we seek to actively influence the commissioning process:

• Commissioning management
• Establishment of the hand-over plan
• Establishment of the necessary performance measurements to be completed by an independent test institute (e.g. TÜV)
• Supervision and documentation of the commissioning process
